Processing Time:
All orders placed are delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the next working day.
Returns & Exchanges conditions:
We kindly ask you to check your order before you pay. While the courier is outside your door, decide whether you'll have it or you want to return it on spot.
Please note that this will be your only way to refund your order.
For exchange, you will only have to pay for the delivery fees before the courier leaves. You can then contact us for the head wrap you want instead.
Delivery Fees:
In all cases (new orders , refunds, cancelled orders in delivery phase & exchanges) you will be required to pay the delivery fees in all cases
We will bear the delivery fees only in case of sending wrong or damaged order.
